Abstract
This whitepaper unveils Zephyr, the pioneering (1st) decentralized prediction platform on Solana, tailored for MallowFi yield farming in the most
cutting-edge markets, including crypto, financial events, highly-debated topics, eSports, and beyond.
¶ What is Zephyr
Zephyr is the first Solana-powered predictions platform that enables crypto communities to drive growth and activity through a guess-to-earn mechanism.
The platform's versatile ecosystem enables users to join existing or create their own p-2-p guessing pools, utilize inclusive market analytics, and profit
from all types of predictions, from price shifts to ROI guessing and more.
¶ Mission
The project aims to build the first Web-3-friendly and decentralized prediction ecosystem on Solana, where users can join Zephyr’s guessing spaces
or generate their own pools (private or public), add liquidity, and have fun while predicting the outcomes of an event from the Web2 or Web3 worlds.
Meanwhile, Zephyr will serve as:
- Own trending pools initiator
- A guarantor of outcomes’ fairness and transparency
- Rewards distribution manager
¶ Zephyr’s UVP
Unlike conventional decentralized prediction market (DPM) spaces like Polymarket, Zephyr builds the first p-2-p prediction space on Solana. The space
where users, Web3 brands, marketing teams that sense HYPE, crypto projects, and social media KOLs can create or join their own prediction pools to:
- Have fun with buddies while betting on any Web2 or Web3 events.
- Profit from trending things, like hyping meme coins, Solana-ETFs, etc.
- Entertain and grow their communities.

¶ Zephyr’s Pool Fees Distribution Model
Zephyr enables users to engage in two distinct types of pools: Disruptive Topics Guessing (generated by Zephyr) and Customized Events Battle pools

The fee distribution model is outlined as follows:
1. Disruptive Topics Guessing:
- The platform collects a 3-5% commission from the pool's liquidity.
- Half of this commission (1.5- 2.5%) is distributed as revenue share to $ZEFY stakers, while the remainder is allocated to Zephyr’s treasury.
2. Customized Events Battle Pools:
- The platform also receives a 3-5% commission from these user-created pools.
- Half of this commission (1.5-2.5%) is given to the pool creator as a revenue share.
- The remaining commission is divided into three equal parts: one-third goes to the platform, one-third to the creator, and one-third to $ZEFY stakers.
Plus, pool initiators will earn an extra $0,5 in USDZ on each referral. It concerns unique users invited and brought by the direct referral link. To be recognized
as a unique user via a direct referral link, the individual must meet these requirements:
- Register and confirm their email address.
- Deposit a minimum of $5.
- Make at least one prediction.

Zephyr transforms decentralized prediction markets (DPMs) with its innovative, gamified approach. It turns ordinary guessing into a community-driven

Zephyr is a decentralized guessing space within the DeFi ecosystem. It utilizes the Solana blockchain, which uses a proof-of-stake mechanism to provide

and reliable nature of smart contracts.

have access to such data, they never share it.

Meanwhile, the Decentralized Prediction Markets (DPMs) have become an unmissable trend in 2024. They first appeared on Vitalik Buterin's blog,

¶ Price Shifts Rewards Distribution Mechanism
Rewards are distributed among the top 60% of users who most accurately predict the asset price for the settlement period. These rewards are sourced
from the USDZ or $ZEFY tokens of those users who did not make it into the top 60% and thus held losing positions.
Zephyr operates without using pool shares and ensures a provably fair method for distributing rewards to all participants. This fairness extends regardless of
the bet size or the number of correct predictions within the pool of winners.
The reward distribution for the “price shifts” algorithm runs as follows:
Rewards are swiftly allocated right after the market wraps up. If any disputes or issues arise, users can launch an appeal during the market’s cooldown period.
Despite the automated rewards distribution system's high reliability, unforeseen snags during the settlement phase can disrupt the process. In such
rare instances, the affected forecast will be flagged as "Failed," prompting a refund to users, although collected fees are retained. This ensures transparency
and trust, maintaining Zephyr’s commitment to fair play in the crypto arena.
¶ Binary Predictions: Rewards Distribution Mechanism
In Web3, binary predictions (YES or NO) streamline the "win or lose" dynamics. Participants on the winning side of the guess split a pool's pot, collecting
rewards from those who didn't make the mark. It's a straightforward guess-to-earn game where every correct guess pays off—literally.
